My first post for the lovely lisal825's lisal825 Literary Lads We Love Meme... Fest... Thing. Lisa is doing a big thing made of small things. This is my small thing:

So, this is a very hastily put together, spur of the moment thing. As usual, I am right in the middle of planning an essay as we speak. (Question: To What Extent Did the First World War Transform the British State? Answer: Lots and lots, yes/yes? Zzzzzz.) So I'm extremely bored, as you can imagine. I can't help but think that starting a relatively short piece of work over twenty four hours before it's due really takes the challenge away. I want the adrenaline rush, you know? So, yes, instead I am taking a super short break to make this. I hope you enjoy it.

I initially wanted to make a long, long list about all the ways in which Dumbledore is subversive, awesome character. I eventually decided the list idea against it because a) I am doing a similar post for Littlefinger, and I am stuck because words, words, words, and b) I imagine my take on Dumbledore isn't atypical in fandom, and since this fandom is so large, what could I possibly add? I'm kind of wishing that I had done the list now, if only just to confirm that my take on Dumbledore isn't atypical. I'm sure it isn't. Whatever.
